Two spoons, one kettle and a fresh idea (oh and a couple of hats, too). That’s how Jeff Garstka and Tom Gorski started Appledore Cove in 2002. From that very first appearance at a local food festival, they’ve continued their dedication to making foods slowly and carefully by hand with only the finest and freshest local ingredients.
