Minimum Orders
The minimum initial order is four cases; three case minimum on reorders. Cases of same product size may be split (half and half) for a charge of $2.00 per case.
Sample Policy
We provide one sample per four cases of a particular item purchased. Sample requests must be specified with each order. Appledore Cove also offers sample jars to our wholesale customers at a reduced price based on the size of an order. Please contact us for an exact quote.

All new orders are shipped prepaid by Visa or MasterCard. A customer may request to apply for payment terms (Net 15) after their second order. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. A charge of $25.00 will be applied for checks returned for insufficient funds.
Shipping
Appledore Cove ships F.O.B. Kittery, Maine. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged goods reported within five days of receiving delivery. Please note any damages on bills lading when receiving deliveries. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods. Please anticipate an increase in shipping time during the holiday season.
